- Not only am I an avid knitter, I'm also a Classics/ Art History graduate from a small liberal arts college in Wisconsin. I've been working for a year at a historic farm. Currently, work and research eat up most of the time I'd rather spend knitting, but I love what I do. I dream of someday living in the country with a small flock of sheep, cooking gourmet food and fooling around with vintage knitting and natural dyeing.

You know you can buy polenta.That was actually my first thought when you said you were going to make it. But that's just me. Even Aunt Karen buys polenta.
