All my old knitting journal entries were hosted on Diary-X which recently crashed, losing all my data in the process. Hopefully this new site will allow me a fresh start, though I'm unhappy to lose all my old entries which included a detailed review of my favorite LYS, Jane's Knitting Hutch, as well as some pattern ideas and project summeries. No way to reproduce that here, so I fear it is all lost.
On Blogger though, I hope to make things even bigger and better.

- Not only am I an avid knitter, I'm also a Classics/ Art History graduate from a small liberal arts college in Wisconsin. I've been working for a year at a historic farm. Currently, work and research eat up most of the time I'd rather spend knitting, but I love what I do. I dream of someday living in the country with a small flock of sheep, cooking gourmet food and fooling around with vintage knitting and natural dyeing.
